Which AI is behind it?
We work with Claude by Anthropic through a business account under commercial terms: no training on your data, deletion at the provider within 30 days. The rules by which the AI reads and files are ours.
What exactly does the AI do?
It reads every page word for word, transcribes it, files each document in a register (file, date, page), links numbers and names across the whole file, marks gaps as questions and looks things up in public sources, for example legal articles or deadlines.
What does it not do?
It decides nothing, it gives no legal, tax or investment advice, and it does not guess. What is not sourced appears as a question, not as an answer.
Can the AI be wrong?
Yes. That is why every line carries its source, and for Start and the full review a person checks every line before you see it. Uncertain passages are marked, not smoothed over.
Where is my data?
Way 1 (Start, full review): encrypted with us; for reading, text passages go to Anthropic (USA); 30 days after delivery we delete and confirm in writing. Way 2 (Family): the AI runs in your own account, your data stays with you, we never see it.
Why not just a chat subscription?
A chat window forgets with every new conversation, reads only a few documents at a time and names no pages. Fakta is a register that grows, with a source on every line, our own rules and, in Way 1, a person who checks.
What does it cost, and what is my risk?
The sample is free. Start costs CHF 500 in advance and is credited if you order the full review within 30 days. Family costs CHF 490 per month and can be cancelled at any month's end. No minimum term.
